After a long journey seeking out some of Itata’s best vineyards, Ignacio Pino Román started crafting his own wines in 2018. The organic soils and vines he works with are alive and thriving, producing grapes that share the history of their land one sip at a time. The essence of each variety is clear, and the quality and integrity of these wines is obvious as a result of Ignacio’s pursuit of healthy, self-sustaining grapes in various vineyards throughout Itata. The dedicated and passionate growers he sources fruit from are paramount to his journey in wine, ultimately allowing him to craft authentic wines with character and complexity despite their struggle to survive.
